What should someone do if urine comes out of him without him feeling it, and it gets on his ablution and clothes?

A person afflicted with urinary incontinence and the like, such that it is continuous throughout the time or stops for a period insufficient for purification and prayer, should perform ablution for each obligatory prayer, thoroughly wash the area of the impurity, and tie a cloth over it. Then, whatever exits after that does not harm him. If his clothes become soiled and he is unable to change or purify them, he should pray, and his prayer is valid because the condition of purity is restricted by ability. Some scholars, such as the Malikis, hold the view that he is not required to perform ablution for every prayer or wash the impure area, in order to alleviate hardship, and that anything difficult to guard against regarding impurities is excused.
