What are the attributes of Allah, عز وجل, how many are there, and what is the difference between them and the Names?

The attributes (Sifāt) of Allah are the perfect descriptions inherent in His essence, such as: absolute richness, power, will, hearing, sight, and speech. As for the names (Asmā'), they denote the essence of Allah, while the attributes describe the qualities inherent in the essence. Allah's names and attributes are innumerable, and a Muslim must affirm for Allah what He has affirmed for Himself of names and attributes, as stated in the texts of revelation, without anthropomorphism (tashbīh) or denial (ta'ṭīl).
