What is the expiation for joking by insulting and cursing parents, and for joking during prayer and about religious matters? And is there a sin incurred by disobeying parents, cutting off family ties, staying away from mosques, masturbation, pornography, and satanic thoughts towards محارم (unmarriageable kin) and relatives, which result from suffering from social phobia, idleness, and inability to leave the house, especially with repeated remorse and repentance?
Repentance for ridiculing prayer is sufficient, for "repentance erases what came before it," and "the one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin." There is no sin upon you for actions you were overpowered by or duties you were unable to perform. However, repentance is obligatory for forbidden acts committed intentionally and for obligatory duties neglected out of laziness.
It is also necessary to strive in honoring one's parents and maintaining kinship ties, and to apologize to parents when one errs against them. There is no sin upon you for thoughts you cannot دفعها (push away or resist), but you must strive against them and seek to rid yourself of them.
And sincere repentance is obligatory for masturbation and immoralities, due to their great effect in corrupting the heart. You must seek treatment in compliance with the recommendation of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him.
