Does divorce occur if the husband utters the words "you are divorced" via a recorder and intends divorce, or if he leaves his wife in the street intending divorce, or if he presses the shutdown button on a computer intending divorce, or if he pushes his wife's hand away or kicks her with his foot and intends divorce?

Divorce does not occur through intention or self-talk unless the husband pronounces it or acts upon it. The proof for this is the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Indeed, Allah has pardoned for my Community [the evil suggestions] that occur to their minds, as long as they do not act upon them or speak about them."

Based on this, divorce does not occur with anything mentioned unless it is explicitly uttered, unless the recorded divorce heard by the wife was issued by the husband himself, in which case it is considered an explicit divorce.
