Is it permissible to give Zamzam water to a non-Muslim?
A believer should only associate with other believers and befriend only monotheists, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Do not associate except with a believer, and let no one eat your food except a pious person." There is no harm in treating a non-believer with kindness and gentleness to win their heart over to Islam. It is permissible to give a non-believer Zamzam water for healing, to treat them, assist them, and visit them, especially if their conversion to Islam is hoped for, or if it is a reward for them. It has been proven permissible for a Muslim to perform for a non-believer with Al-Fatiha, as Abu Sa'id al-Khudri did with the stung polytheist.
