The answer

1. The aforementioned pledge is a vow of charity contingent upon the realization of profit, and it is obligatory to fulfill it upon the realization of profit, by the consensus of scholars.

2. If the intention was to give charity monthly, then it must be given upon the realization of profit in that month. Postponement is permissible in case of inability or lack of liquidity.

3. If the intention was to give half of the annual profit, then it is not obligatory to give it monthly. If liquidity is not available at the time of annual settlement, it is permissible to give medicines instead of cash.

4. The vow must be fulfilled because it is a vow of obedience, and the amount for the past months must be made up.

5. In the absence of liquidity, and if the profits are medicines, it is permissible to give the value of the vow from the medicines and distribute them to those in need according to their necessity.
