What is the ruling on importing used car spare parts that are prohibited from being imported from abroad, if there is an office that brings them in for a fee, and people with limited income benefit from them due to the high prices of new parts?

It is not permissible to bypass the state's import ban on spare parts if it is for the public good. Furthermore, attempting to bring them in without permission exposes a person to the confiscation of their goods and the squandering of wealth, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah dislikes for you three things: gossiping, wasting money, and excessive questioning." This may also lead to the humiliation of a Muslim and expose them to punishment, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "It is not befitting for a believer to humiliate himself."
