Is the moisture that is discharged after seeing or hearing about men, without any sexual thought or desire, considered a discharge of fluid (rutubah)?

Pre-seminal fluid (madhiy) is discharged during thought or foreplay. The default is that it is not discharged unless there is a cause for it. The ruling concerning normal vaginal discharge is explained in Fatwa no. 90938. Istinja' (washing the private parts) is only obligatory when the discharge of madhiy is confirmed. If there is doubt between madhiy and vaginal discharge, a woman may choose and assign it the ruling she wishes. Please refer to Fatwa no. 118035.
