Is it permissible to send money to relatives in Syria for them to slaughter the 'Aqiqah on my behalf there, since the prices are cheaper?

It is recommended to congratulate the parents of a newborn. The one being congratulated should be told: "May Allah bless you in what He has bestowed upon you, may you be grateful to the Bestower, may the child reach their full strength, and may you be granted their righteousness." It is recommended for the congratulated one to reply to the congratulator by saying: "May Allah bless you, and may He shower His blessings upon you, and may Allah reward you with good, and may Allah grant you the like of it." It is not a condition to slaughter the Aqiqah (definition) in the place where the child was born; it is permissible to appoint someone to slaughter it in any other location.
