Who are the men of the Hisbah and what are their functions?

"Hisbah men" are individuals dedicated to denouncing overt transgressions, whether voluntarily or for a salary. Their duties include accountability in condemning various forbidden acts such as mixing of sexes, immodest display, gender impersonation, harassment of women, uttering obscene language publicly, playing radios near mosques, non-Muslims overtly displaying their beliefs, exhibiting and selling indecent materials, displaying sculpted or explicit images, manufacturing intoxicants, preventing immoral acts, condemning overt innovations, acts of magic and sorcery, and short-changing in weights and measures. They also monitor slaughterhouses to ensure lawful slaughter and inspect exhibitions and shops that tailor women's clothing. Their work is distinguished by complete adherence to the commands and prohibitions of the Sharia (definition), unlike morality police, whose scope may not cover all transgressions.
