The answer

It is obligatory for you to repent and regret dealing with usury, based on the Almighty's saying: (O you who have believed, fear Allah and give up what remains [due to you] of usury). And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses. The conditions for repentance are: regretting the sin, resolving not to return to it, and refraining from it. If you can transfer to an Islamic bank without new usury, then do so. Otherwise, remain and withdraw any amount exceeding the installments from your salary. If the installment increases without an increase in the debt, and no harm befalls you, then transfer.
