Is it permissible for the muezzin to set aside cartons of charity water for himself by placing them in a spot in the mosque to prevent others from drinking from them?

Funds donated for various charitable acts are treated like endowments (waqf), and the conditions set by the donor must be adhered to in determining their expenditure, because the donor has relinquished their ownership for a specific purpose. So, if someone donates water to the mosque, their intention is for all people of the mosque without preference or deprivation. It is not permissible for the muezzin to keep any of it for himself, as this contradicts the donor's condition and is considered a betrayal of trust. Betrayal is among the great forbidden acts that warrant punishment on the Day of Judgment.
