How is the sum of 75,000 dinars to be distributed as an inheritance for a deceased man who left behind a wife (not the mother of his children), five sons, and five daughters, according to the provisions of Islamic Sharia?

If the deceased is not inherited by anyone other than those mentioned, then his wife receives one-eighth, whether or not she is the mother of his children, as long as she was under his marital bond at the time of death, even if she was revocably divorced and still within her 'iddah (waiting period). Allah the Almighty said: "But if you have a child, then for them [wives] is one-eighth of what you leave." The remainder is divided among the children, with the male receiving the share of two females. Allah the Almighty said: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." So, the wife's share is 9375, each son's share is 8750, and each daughter's share is 4375. It is necessary to consult the Sharia courts regarding inheritance matters due to the possibility of other heirs, bequests, or debts.
