What is the ruling on saying "I brought the Eid" when embarrassed or after making a mistake, and is this considered mockery of Eid as an Islamic ritual?

The phrase "brought the Eid" (جبت العيد) is used in some Gulf countries to describe someone whose actions lead them to a bad, embarrassing, or undesirable situation, like someone who tried to fix something but spoiled it. It is mostly used to liken someone who intends to fix something but spoils it to a foolish person who announces the arrival of Eid before its time. Both failed to achieve their purpose and perhaps the opposite of what they intended occurred. Therefore, this phrase does not contain mockery or denigration of Eid.
