What is the ruling on the prayer and fasting of one who saw menstrual blood, then it stopped, and is ghusl and prayer obligatory upon her?

The minimum duration of menstruation, according to the majority of scholars, is one day and one night. This small amount of blood seen by the questioner is not considered menstruation, and she is obligated to pray and does not need to perform ghusl (ritual bath); rather, she should do what pure women do. If she performs ghusl out of precaution and to avoid scholarly difference, there is no harm. She must make up the prayers she missed, thinking she was menstruating.
