Is it permissible to buy a car from a non-Islamic bank with the intention of Tawarruq for the purpose of marriage, if Islamic banks are not available in the country?

There is no objection to conducting a Tawarruq transaction with a usurious bank out of necessity, and in the absence of an Islamic bank, provided that the transaction is a genuine Tawarruq.
