Is feeling humiliated when apologizing, even if I was in the wrong or if the other person wronged me, considered arrogance? And is this a waswas?

Arrogance is the rejection of truth and contempt for people, meaning to push it away and deny it out of haughtiness and tyranny, and to belittle people. Apologizing to parents is obligatory even if they are wrong, and not apologizing to them is an act of disobedience and arrogance. As for others besides parents, if you wrong someone and are too arrogant to apologize, this is a form of arrogance, and you must humble yourself before the truth, admit your mistake, and ask for forgiveness. However, if the one who wronged you is the other party, then not apologizing to them is not considered arrogance. It is commendable to forgive them if they are not known for evil or habitual wrongdoing. Forgiveness increases a servant in honor, and humility and submission to the truth free him from arrogance, and Allah raises him in this world and the Hereafter.
