Is it necessary to make up for the fast of Ramadan 5 if regurgitation (rising and falling) occurred?

Vomit is the expulsion of food from the stomach after it has settled therein. As for regurgitation (qalas), it is what comes out of the throat, filling the mouth or less, and is not considered vomit unless it returns.
