If you vomit intentionally, your fast is broken, and you must make up that day. However, if vomiting overtakes you and you do not intend it, then there is nothing upon you, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever is overcome by vomiting does not have to make up [the fast], but whoever vomits intentionally must make up [the fast]."
