What is the ruling on a working, veiled woman delaying the 'Asr prayer past its prescribed time due to the nature of her work in a workshop?

The Hanbali jurists permitted combining prayers while at home (not traveling) to alleviate hardship, such as for someone who has work or an excuse that permits missing Friday prayer and congregational prayer, or someone who fears spoilage of his own property or another's if he does not combine prayers. They based their reasoning on what was narrated: that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, combined prayers when not traveling and without rain, "intending not to cause hardship to his Ummah." Accordingly, if there is hardship or difficulty in performing each prayer at its appointed time, combining prayers is permissible, provided that this is not taken as a regular habit.
