What is the ruling regarding a woman who menstruated during circumambulation (tawaf) in 'Umrah and did not stipulate?

If a wife circumambulates while menstruating, her circumambulation is invalid according to the majority of scholars. She must refrain from what is forbidden to a pilgrim in ihram (definition) and return to Mecca to complete her rituals, because ihram necessitates completion. If she is unable to return, she is considered like one who is prevented (muḥṣar) and may exit ihram by sacrificing a compensatory animal (hady) or by fasting for ten days if unable to sacrifice. What she committed of the prohibitions of ihram out of ignorance carries no sin. There is another opinion, held by the Hanafis and some other jurists, which considers the circumambulation of a menstruating woman valid, with the obligation of offering a camel (badanah) as expiation.
