What is the ruling on someone who said to a pilgrim, while the latter was sitting for the final Tashahhud in his prayer inside the Grand Mosque of Makkah, "Get up and pray in Hellfire"?

This is a dangerous statement that should not be uttered by a Muslim, and one must guard their tongue. Indeed, Al-Bukhari narrated from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, that a servant may utter a word that displeases Allah, causing him to fall into Hellfire because of it. Security personnel in the Two Holy Mosques are trained to treat pilgrims well, and Muslims should maintain order and avoid praying in areas designated for the passage of people to prevent overcrowding and accidents.
