Is it permissible to pray for a Muslim woman to be in hellfire by saying, "May Allah shake your waist in the fire of Hell," knowing that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him and his family, used to say, "O Allah, guide my people, for they do not know"?

It is not permissible to supplicate against a disobedient Muslim. Indeed, it has been forbidden to supplicate against a wine-drinker by saying: "May Allah disgrace you," because that aids Satan against him. Satan beautifies disobedience to cause disgrace, and supplicating against him fulfills Satan's desire. While enjoining good and forbidding evil is obligatory, one must adhere to the etiquette of enjoining good and forbidding evil, and avoid cursing and slandering to prevent enmity and deviation from the intended purpose.
