Is it permissible to accuse a righteous girl—even though she does not wear a hijab—of fornication, and to pray for her to enter Hellfire?

It is not permissible to definitively assert that a woman who does not wear the hijab will be among the people of Hellfire, nor is it permissible to supplicate against her with such a fate. Rather, one should supplicate for her guidance. Whoever dies without associating anything with Allah will enter Paradise, even if they committed major sins, and their matter is under Allah's will. It is forbidden to curse a specific Muslim or to declare that they will enter Hellfire. It is not permissible to accuse a Muslim man or woman of adultery without lawful proof, and whoever does so is subject to the penalty for false accusation. "Chaste women who are unaware" (محصنات غافلات) includes every chaste Muslim woman who abstains from adultery, and it is not permissible to accuse her falsely, even if she does not adhere to the hijab. Speaking ill of Muslims in their absence is forbidden and is considered a major sin.
