How can one convince and awaken his wife for Fajr prayer on time, knowing that she is negligent and does not get up despite attempts, due to the influence of Satan?

To help the wife perform prayers on time, one should go to bed early and use an alarm clock. More importantly, her faith should be strengthened by encouraging her with the reward from Allah for those who perform prayers, and by warning her of the punishment for those who neglect them, for the self is sluggish and needs the motivation of fear and hope. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever prays the two cool prayers (Fajr and Asr) will enter Paradise."

Husband and wife should cooperate in obedience and remind each other, for there is mercy in that for them. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, mentioned the virtue of a righteous wife who helps her husband with his religion and his Hereafter. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, prayed for mercy upon those who wake their companion for prayer, and if one of them refuses, water should be sprinkled on their face.

In addition to that, there is the general mutual exhortation to truth and cooperation in righteousness and piety, as in His Almighty's saying: "By al-Asr (the time). Indeed, mankind is in loss, Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience." And His Almighty's saying: "And cooperate in righteousness and piety."

It is also necessary to inform a sleeping person that the time for prayer has begun, especially if time is short. This is an obligation even if compliance is not expected from the one being commanded.
