Is it permissible to wake one's wife for Fajr prayer, knowing of her severe exhaustion from nursing their daughter throughout the night?

The matter of prayer is great, and the command has come to observe it at its prescribed times and a warning against neglecting it, as Allah Almighty says: (Indeed, prayer has been decreed upon the believers a decree of specified times), and His saying: (Guard strictly the prayers, especially the middle prayer), and the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: (Prayer at its appointed time). One must beware of wasting it and delaying it beyond its time, due to the saying of Allah Almighty: (Then, there succeeded them a later generation who neglected prayers and followed desires; so they are going to meet evil). It is not permissible to delay prayer beyond its time except for an excuse that permits combining prayers, and Fajr prayer cannot be combined; therefore, it must be performed at its appointed time. The sleeping person must take measures to wake up. The husband is commanded to care for his family, so he must be keen to wake his wife for Fajr prayer, and to encourage and assist her.
