Is it permissible to work in a winery, is concealing one's residency status considered fraud, and what is the ruling on abandoning prayer for fear of losing one's job?

It is not permissible to work in a factory that produces alcohol, due to the assistance it provides in sin. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed ten people in connection with alcohol, among them its presser, its seller, and its pourer. The impermissibility is further emphasized if the Muslim is prevented from performing prayers at their prescribed times. He must search for a permissible job, for whoever abandons something for the sake of Allah, Allah will compensate him with something better. As for working without informing the employer about the lack of a residency permit, there is no harm in that, as long as it does not result in any damage. Allah has made the means of sustenance easy for His servants in Muslim lands and elsewhere, so a Muslim should not debase himself or compromise his religion for the sake of sustenance.
