What is the ruling on a marriage of convenience in which it is agreed that the wife will manage the husband’s properties in exchange for providing housing and a driver for her and her sisters, with the wife waiving her legal rights such as conjugal relations, and must she take a full or half mahr?

Marriage was legislated for noble purposes, among them tranquility and procreation. It is a great ordinance that should not be taken lightly, nor should it be a vehicle for cheap worldly aims. The aforementioned marriage is permissible if it fulfills the conditions of a valid marriage, such as the guardian and witnesses. However, it is contrary to what is most preferable, and a girl should not embark on it except out of necessity and after performing Istikhara. The wife in this marriage is entitled to all her rights, including the dowry and other things, unless she willingly foregoes them. If her work with him is on the basis of hire, she is entitled to wages, provided they are known.
