What is the ruling on marriage for someone who does not possess sufficient wealth and fears poverty for his family, or for someone who fears having children who will be subjected to injustice or whom he cannot raise with proper Islamic upbringing?

Allah Almighty commanded those who cannot find a spouse to practice 'iffah (chastity) until Allah enriches them from His bounty. Allah Almighty has also promised to assist those who marry seeking chastity. Marriage is Allah's way in the universe and among the traditions of the Prophets. The current situation of Muslims is not a justification for those who are able to marry to abandon it. The Prophet, peace be upon him, his companions, and the righteous predecessors did not abandon marriage despite difficult circumstances. A Muslim should seek help from Allah and have a good opinion of Him. If one expends their effort in raising children, they will be rewarded, and they bear no sin for their children's deviation, as Allah Almighty says: "And no bearer of burdens will bear the burden of another."
