What is the ruling on someone who wants to marry with the the intention of chastity from sins, but does not have the full financial capability for its costs except with the help of his family?

The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, encouraged marriage and urged it upon those who could afford its responsibilities, and Allah promised help and ease for whoever desired it to protect their chastity. Whoever yearns for marriage and can afford its expenses is commanded to hasten to it. And whoever is unable to afford some of its requirements but finds someone to assist them, or a wife who waives her rights, is also encouraged to marry.
