What is the ruling on working as a teacher of natural sciences and life sciences for mixed male and female students, with the presence of tabarruj (improper display of adornment) from the female students, and is the money earned from this work halal (permissible) or haram (forbidden)? And is the teacher sinful for teaching mixed females and causing them to leave their homes with tabarruj, knowing that they might go to another teacher?

Your salary is lawful as long as the subject matter is permissible and you fulfill the trust of teaching. As for His Almighty's saying: {O YOU WHO HAVE BELIEVED, [TAKE CARE OF] YOURSELVES. NO HARM WILL COME TO YOU FROM WHOEVER GOES ASTRAY WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN GUIDED} (Al-Ma'idah:105), it indicates that the misguidance of others will not harm you if you are guided by reforming yourself and fulfilling your duties, which include enjoining good and forbidding evil. If you adhere to the Islamic guidelines in dealing with unveiled female students and offer sincere advice, then there is no sin upon you. Nevertheless, a job free from evil deeds is more innocent and safer for your faith.
