Does a divorce sent by a husband via text message stating, "You are divorced," after an argument and insult, take effect, given that the wife was menstruating at the time the message was sent?

If a husband writes a divorce letter intending divorce, then it takes effect. Anger does not prevent the occurrence of divorce unless the husband is overcome by it to the point of losing his mind. And the divorce of a menstruating woman takes effect despite its prohibition, and this is the relied-upon opinion (al-mufta bihi).
