Is it permissible for me to sue my wife's family in court for concealing her being older than me and having a physical disability, and what is my right in this matter?

The majority of jurists hold that the defects requiring disclosure before engagement, and which establish the right to annulment, are those that impede sexual intercourse, or repulsive or contagious diseases such as leprosy and elephantiasis. The option [of annulment] is also established, according to some scholars, if the husband stipulates a specific characteristic in the wife and it turns out to be otherwise, such as stipulating virginity and she turns out to be non-virgin, or youth and she turns out to be old, or beauty and she turns out to be disfigured.

If the defect you found in your wife falls within these defects, then you have the right to annul the marriage; otherwise, you do not. It is advised not to rush into divorce and to be patient with her, in accordance with the Almighty's saying: "And live with them in kindness. For if you dislike them - perhaps you dislike a thing and Allah makes therein much good," and the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "A believing man should not hate a believing woman. If he dislikes one of her characteristics, he will be pleased with another."
