What is the ruling on the salary and commission for a sales representative in a company that sells natural herbal products and is compelled to pay sums of money to doctors or offer discounts to pharmacists in exchange for recommending these non-medicinal products?

It is not permissible for a representative to give a gift to a doctor to buy herbal medicinal products, and what he receives as commission for that is not lawful for him, and he must spend it on charitable causes. As for discounting prices for pharmacists, it is permissible with the permission of the pharmacy owner, provided that there is no deception of patients, and that the pharmacist is honest in guiding patients to the best medications. Those in charge of the company must know that provision is from Allah, and what is with Allah is not attained through disobedience to Him.
