Does supplicating against one who fabricates lies about the داعي (preacher/caller to Islam) and his family, and against one who fabricates lies about Islam, Allah, and the Messenger, fall under the category of the supplication of the oppressed that is answered?

If spreading falsehood leads to harm for people, it is permissible for the wronged person to supplicate against the one who wronged him. The supplication of the wronged is answered, as long as he does not exceed limits in his supplication. However, forgiveness and patience are better. As for fabricating lies against Allah, His religion, and His Messenger, this is among the most severe types of injustice, and its perpetrator is treated as one who has committed an act of disbelief.
