Is it permissible to watch or listen to natural sexual stimuli (whether cartoons, drawings, or real) as a medical solution for a psychological disorder that involves the love of torturing women for sexual pleasure?

Islam is a comprehensive religion that has a solution for every problem. The ailment that has afflicted you has a cure, for Allah has not sent down any disease without also sending down its cure. Do not treat yourself with forbidden things, such as sexual stimulants, for they are a disease, not a cure. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah sent down the disease and the cure, and He made a cure for every disease. So, seek treatment, but do not seek treatment with forbidden things."

The cause of your condition is the entry of Satan to you through desires. Therefore, your treatment begins by seeking refuge in Allah and seeking His protection from the accursed Satan.

You have been tempted by women, so you must lower your gaze and remember the words of Allah the Almighty: "Tell the believing men to lower their gaze and guard their private parts. That is purer for them. Indeed, Allah is Acquainted with what they do." And avoid being alone with non-mahram women, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "No man is alone with a woman but Satan is the third of them."

Your cure lies in seeking refuge in Allah the Almighty, seeking His protection from Satan, avoiding sexual stimulants, and guarding against the temptation of women by blocking its pathways.
