What is the way to please Allah, oneself, and one's parents simultaneously, and what are the directives for a Muslim girl living in an environment that does not facilitate adherence to the religion?

There is no need to exaggerate the problem, as all options are available. Supplicate to Allah to grant you a righteous husband, permissible work, lawful sustenance, the pleasure of your parents, and steadfastness in religion. For Allah is Most Generous and loves to be asked of His bounty. The doors of work are wide; do not close them upon yourself, and do not despair of achieving what pleases you. Allah Almighty has promised the pious a way out and sustenance from where they do not expect. The Islamic Sharia encourages success, diligence, and productivity. Permissible work that produces good is مشروع (legitimate) for women, just as Ibn Baz fatwa states that Islam does not prevent women from working or engaging in trade. Take your time in seeking permissible work, choose what is most suitable for your nature, farthest from mixing with men (ikhtilat), and closest to a committed young woman. You can also postpone higher education until you are financially and socially stable.
