What is the ruling on the prayer and fasting of a girl whose menstrual cycle has not stopped for more than one year and three months, and is she required to change her sanitary pad with every prayer when renewing ablution, and what are the implications for her in making up Ramadan?

You are experiencing استحاضة (non-menstrual vaginal bleeding). You should refer to your previous regular period, if you know it. Observe that duration as your menses, then perform ghusl (ritual purification bath), pray, and fast. If you do not have a previous regular period but can distinguish menstrual blood by its characteristics, then what you have identified as menstrual blood is considered so, provided its duration does not exceed 15 days. If you cannot distinguish the blood and do not know your regular period, then observe a period of 6 days by estimation, considering it as your previous regular period. After performing ghusl, perform wudu (ablution) for each prayer after its time has begun, unless you find sufficient time to pray with a sound state of purity. You are not required to make up for Ramadan; making up for the six days is sufficient for you. However, according to the majority of scholars, you must make up for the prayers you performed without ghusl.
