Is it permissible to postpone Hajj due to multiple sclerosis, which is affected by intense heat?

Most scholars hold that Hajj is obligatory immediately upon the availability of the means, and this is the relied-upon opinion for fatwa. Therefore, if the means become available, Hajj becomes immediately obligatory, and it is not permissible to delay it. The rituals can be performed during times that are not intensely hot.
