The rule is that whatever exits from the urinary opening is impure (najis), and whatever exits from the birth canal or from an opening other than the urinary opening is pure (tahir). So, if these glands are not in the urinary opening, then what exits from them is pure. And if it is confirmed that the secretions exit from the outer vulva, they are pure.
