The answer

Praise be to Allah, we advise the man to refrain from forbidden things and seek sustenance from what is lawful, for what is with Allah can only be attained by obeying Him. As it is mentioned in the Hadith, a soul will not die until it completes its sustenance, so there must be piety and good seeking. The fear of Allah and obedience to Him are among the greatest means of attaining sustenance, as the Almighty said: \"And whoever fears Allah, He will make for him a way out and provide for him from where he does not expect.\" And whoever leaves something for Allah, He will compensate him with something better. He must hasten to repent and give charity from the unlawful profits he has obtained.
