What is the Islamic ruling on female circumcision? And is it permissible to interrupt prayer if the employer calls, and what is the ruling on one who interrupts it?

It is forbidden to interrupt a fard (obligatory) prayer. As for a supererogatory (nafl) prayer, it is permissible to interrupt it according to the Shafi'is and Hanbalis, though it is preferable to complete it. However, the Hanafis and Malikis believe it is obligatory to complete it and forbidden to interrupt it except for a valid excuse, and it is obligatory to make up for it if it is interrupted.
