If the covenant with Allah was made due to the questioner's fear that entering the website was forbidden, and it became clear that it is permissible, then no oath is broken and no expiation is necessary. Marriage via the internet carries risks, and it is preferable to seek another way. If a girl is compelled to use this method, she must investigate thoroughly the person she wishes to marry. If a man has a non-contagious illness and is pleasing in his religiosity and character, there is no harm in offering him for marriage.
