What is the ruling on women going to a women's club that has a swimming pool and sauna, and what is incumbent upon their husbands, knowing that their wives wear modest clothing that describes the 'awrah when swimming, and is the statement of some men that a woman's 'awrah is from the navel to the knee correct?

Women are advised not to be allowed into swimming pools and sports clubs, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) call for women to remain in their homes, and that the homes of women are better for them, in fulfillment of the Almighty's saying: "And stay in your houses." Furthermore, a woman's habituation to this may cause a great attachment to it, distracting her from her religious and worldly duties, and leading to the removal of her modesty, the consequences of which could be dire. The advice to prevent women under guardianship from entering these clubs is reiterated.
