Is a husband entitled to prevent his wife from going to women-only swimming pools, out of fear for her being photographed, and due to jealousy, and due to the legal limits of a woman's nakedness in front of other women, given her insistence on going?

If the swimming pool involves শরীʿআ (Sharia) violations, such as the exposure of ʿawra (private parts), then it is not permissible to allow the wife to go there, and she must be prevented. However, if it is free from violations, then it is permissible to allow her, but the husband has the right to prevent her, and there is no injustice in that, and she must obey him. Ibn ʿAbidin said: "He has the right to prevent her from going to the bathhouse, except for a woman in her post-natal bleeding period, even if it is permissible without adornment and without anyone's ʿawra being exposed. Al-Baqani said: 'Based on this, there is no disagreement regarding preventing them, due to the knowledge that some of them expose themselves.'"
