What is the ruling on offering training programs and courses to insurance companies and usurious banks? And does the ruling differ between general courses and specialized courses?

Dealing with usury (riba) is one of the greatest abominations. Allah has promised a war from Him and His Messenger against those who consume it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the one who consumes usury, the one who feeds it, its scribe, and its two witnesses. Commercial insurance is forbidden in all its forms, and it is not permissible to assist in any aspect of it, whether through construction, maintenance, training, or development, because such assistance is an aid to a forbidden act.
