Is it permissible to register furniture transport vehicles in my name within a company, offering competitive prices lower than those of operating companies? And is giving the employee one hundred Riyals for completing paperwork considered a bribe?

If your friend pays the hundred [currency unit] to the employee as a reward for his cooperation — without favoritism or disclosing unauthorized documents to him — then it is not a bribe, because it was not for nullifying a right or upholding a falsehood. Nevertheless, it is not permissible for the employee to take it for himself without the permission of his employer. Rather, he must hand it over to them and explain its reason. This is because gifts to employees for their work are considered ghulool (ill-gotten gains) and unlawful, as stated in the Prophetic Sunnah (definition), and an employee should be content with his allocated salary.
