Is the request of the Sharia-compliant healer to fill a bottle with water that was used to wash the feet during the last ablution of the Ruqyah Sharia-compliant and Sunnah?

Ablution is a good act of worship. For the raqi (exorcist/healer) to be in a state of ablution during the ruqyah (exorcism/healing) for mindfulness and humility is a good thing. However, for the raqi to ask you to fill a bottle with the leftover water from the ablution, specifically from washing the feet, we know of no basis for this. If the raqi does not use unknown incantations or any methods of charlatans, then there is no harm in seeking ruqyah from him.
