What is the Islamic ruling on marrying a French Muslim girl who does not wear a hijab, does not pray, and is pregnant by me, given her refusal of a formal marriage, and my lack of work or shelter?

What happened was a seduction by Satan. Allah has forbidden zina (fornication/adultery) and the paths leading to it. Therefore, the questioner must repent and immediately separate from the girl. If the girl repents and becomes religious, it is permissible to marry her after she gives birth. Otherwise, it is not permissible, as it is not allowed to marry a zaniyah (fornicatress/adulteress) or a disbeliever.
