Is it permissible to abort a fetus in the third month of pregnancy due to the wife's illness and her inability to take care of herself?

A wife's illness due to jinn is treated with legal ruqyah. It is not permissible to abort the fetus after the soul has been breathed into it on the 42nd day. In fact, it is not permissible to abort it even before that, because destroying offspring is a forbidden corruption in Islamic law. The fact that the woman cannot serve herself does not permit this action. The husband must care for her and their child.
